The majority of all vegan diet information I find is directed towards either long distance bikers or has no mention of aerobic/anabolic fitness. I'm definitely going to try The Ultimate Meal that Mac uses and also try using more rice protein and less soy. I’ve been a vegan for the past year and a half and the reason I’m so excited to find so much information about Mac’s diet is that I’m also a bodybuilder (an aspiring one at least).

Was the winner of the ULTIMATE FIGHTER SEASON 6. He is a pretty tough guy. Specially because most people see vegan as hippy or boney. Even Mahler is Vegan another tough looking guy.Vegan makes you feel better physically and mentally. You tend to care about things more animals, people, the world. Yeah Mac is a MMA fighter and Vegan.
