Judged by the Wind

A flower does not feel judged by the wind but instead allows the breeze to carry its pollen far afield.

  1. This makes sense to me. ‘Feeling judged’ comes from a self-centered position. ‘Allowing the breeze to carry the pollen’ comes from understanding one’s connections to the world. The world doesn’t revolve around me, but I am a part of it.

PS I’m enjoying this post very much – gets me thinking! Thanks.

    • I love your interpretation, Donna! I wasn’t entirely sure what this thought meant when it came to me, but what you said about understanding one’s connections to the world makes so much sense.

It’s not about knowing ones place, but rather understanding that we all occupy the same space.

  2. I like this Raam, it says to me that though the wind comes to collect the pollen the flower is not disturbed by it neither by its presence nor its collection nor is it lessened by either I liken it for me to Deepak Chopra’s The Prime Mover Unmoved that others should not effect us adversely be in the game but not the effect of the game or the players
