As a permanent nomad, I can definitely relate to the difficulty of staying healthy on the road. However, where there is a will, there is a way! It takes a bit more effort when traveling, but it’s really about having the right mindset and always looking for the most healthy choice. Tacking things onto the routine’s that don’t change also helps: we all need to sleep, so doing things before sleeping and just after waking is a great way to get around the lack of routine.
