What ‘regular value’ means is really up to you. If you need motivation, then perhaps reading things that motivate you regularly would be considered ‘regular value’, whereas someone who is already motivated but perhaps has trouble staying focused would be better served by staying focused on one task/project until they are finished, as opposed to distracting themselves by reading things that are motivating.

My point here was simply that there is a lot of ‘stuff’ on the web, stuff that other people have written about what they’re doing, or what they’re working on, etc. It’s fine to read these things every now and then, but if we get too absorbed in reading what others are doing, we end up not really getting anything done ourselves (other than reading what others are doing).
