A few days ago my truck hit the 150,000 mile mark while I was on the highway coming home from work. I happen to have my bag right next to me so I grabbed my camera and took a picture. I thought about how the truck, since it was manufactured in 1999, has driven enough miles to go around the entire planet six times, at the equator! But the funny thing is that it probably hasn't even been out of Northeastern United States, since it's single previous owner was the Rhode Island Highway Division.
Now before you start making comments about how I shouldn't be taking pictures of anything while driving 75mph on the highway, you should know that I'm very familiar with the functions of my camera and that I didn't need to take my eyes off the road for even a second. 🙂
