Tired and Sore

My new workout regiment, and the changes I've made to my diet this week, are really having a draining effect. I used to get tired around one or two in the morning but now I find myself ready to collapse at eleven PM! It's now midnight and I'm still at the office--I just finished a 4 hour team discussion at work. I'm really looking forward to getting home and laying down on the hardwood floor of my new apartment.

So far this week I've been really good with sticking to my workout plan. I randomly picked one of the many workout routines I have saved in the memo list on my BlackBerry. I'll see if I can post it tomorrow. This week is mostly a warm-up to next week, which is when I plan to really get my workouts revved up.

  1. Hey Raam buddy! Long time without some talk!

    It’
s good to see you’re still going at it. I’ve been working out with two other buddies everyday. One day will be tri’s and bi’s, second day would be back and shoulders, and third day would be chest. It’s been alright. I’m just glad to have some buddies to work out with.

Anyways, I’m in Kuwait right now and Iraq is a mere 30 miles away! Man… at home, the Oak Park Mall would be 30 miles away from where I live… but now I’m here in Kuwait… and it’s freezing cold! Winter months I guess… but when summer comes, computers fry at 120 degree temperatures.

Anyways, I’ve been awefully busy. Good luck and I’ll try to keep in contact! Peace man!

  2. Hey Phonz!

Wow, I was just reading your blog earlier this morning and planned on sending you an email later today!

I love seeing pictures of the places you’ve gone — it’s really amazing that you’re all the way in the Middle East! We just got another 12″ of snow here in the Boston area and the cold is starting up again too.

It’s great to hear you’re keeping up with your workouts even after all you’ve gone through to become a Marine! Awesome work!

I’ll send you an email later today. Stay safe. Peace.
