   Absolutely! I can share any culinary recipe with you, but the reason my food tastes as it does is that I take great care to be mindfully present as I cook: to allow my atmosphere to be peace filled and joy filled, my ingredients to be fresh and of utmost quality, and to allow my heart to be full of gratitude for the recipient of the dish.
   If I can do that in the kitchen, imagine how all that I prepare at life’s table would “taste” using the same approach..
   Everything shared from our heart space is enlivening :) I think it’s fiding the courage to be transparent to share from such a space…
