I added three more galleries to the gallery page. One is a gallery of a trip to Hampton beach when me and Kea watched fireworks. The other two are pictures of Juliet (Kea's sister) and pictures of a canoe ride at my parents house.
Watching the news this morning about that sniper that killed 6 people, I'm surprised they haven't caught him yet. Also, about the possible war with Iraq. I personally don't think its a good idea, although Matt disagrees. If we attack Iraq and they have biological weapons or even nuclear weapons, that wont be good. I think we may still have a lot of terrorists inside the US just waiting for the right time to strike. In any case, I don't think a war with Iraq is a good idea. However, in the war against terrorism, I think Iraq is the next logical step. How we go at it is a different story.
Kea got her license on Saturday! She passed it with ease (of course :P) and shes going to get her picture taken today! Also, I'm probably moving next month into another apartment. It's a bigger 2 bedroom apt.
I was thinking the other night, about what my dream is. What is something I have always dreamed of doing or changing in the world. I realized it's a pretty far-fetched dream, but hey, what's a dream if it doesn't border on the side of insanity, right? Being someone who has always wanted to get as far away from home as possible, I have always wished I could live on another planet. Being one of the characters in Star Wars or Star Trek has always been my fantasy. Being a captain, or even just a crew member, on a space ship that travels from one planet to another would be the ultimate adventure. Anyways, back to my dream. I want to be the first to create a successful colony on another planet, or even the Moon. There are already several plans set forth by NASA about starting a science research facility on the Moon. The other thing is transportation. If you have ever studied the conditions inside current space ships, you would know its a very crowded, small, and uncomfortable environment. The main problem is propulsion. So much fuel is required to send a spaceship into space, that only a tiny amount of the ship can be used for the crew's cabin space. There were some plans for a passenger plane (the X-2 I believe it was called) that was designed to fly so high as to just reach the outside of Earth's atmosphere. They planned to fly people on a tour into space and then back down to earth (60 miles from Earth's surface is considered where space begins). Anyhow, I'm sure anyone reading this is bored out of their mind by now, so I'm not gonna blab on anymore about it.
Anyone else have trouble sleeping last night? I know me and Kea did. It was weird becuase I've had no problem sleeping at 11pm the past two weeks, and then last night I was up until 2am tossing and turning. Strange. A sign maybe? That something bad is going to happen in the world? Like the dream I had of plane's crashing 3 days before Sept 11th? *shrug* Call me a skeptic if you like. At least I question.
Wow, Hunnie really likes her new Pro Plan cat food. She cant seem to get enough of it. It's good that she eats a lot; she doesnt seem to be growing much anymore. And oh yea, I am still working on getting those movies from my MiniDV camcorder onto the computer and into a format you can all download. This is a pretty damn long news post, lol. I think I'll end it here.
