Found this interesting article (http://www.msnbc.com/news/790212.asp) about a 15 year old kid that scammed people on eBay. He bought old laptops for cheap and sold them on eBay to unsuspecting buyers, advertizing them as faster, high-end, laptops. He made $5,000 before being caught.
