Biking More Often

I've been riding my bike everywhere I can lately. Its a good workout and I'm suprised it doesnt take that long to get places. I ride from home to the gym in 20 minutes; 3 miles one way, with plenty of hills along the way. Last night I rode to work in 30 minutes; 6 miles one way. This morning sucked however, becuase on the ride back home my bike got a flat and I had to walk half way back home. Oh well, thats life. I've been thinking, I need to find some air-less tires. I'd need to get a nicer bike as well, one with more suspension so the hard tires wont make the ride as hard as rock.

Working out has been great. Now that I've been staying very strict on my diet, the pounds are falling off, and the fat percent is going down. 175lbs and 17% BF as of 5 minutes ago. I'm still going to make an area on this site that allows me to keep track of my workout schedule and the results, so keep checking back for that.
