I think its from overworking myself at the gym. I'm taking a break off from lifting for the next few days. That doesnt mean I'm not going to the gym, only that I'm not lifting. I'm down to 171 LBS and 17% BF. I decided to set smaller goals than I have in the past. For the month of September I want to get under 170 LBS; my final goal weight is between 160 and 165 LBS. My GF got a membership at Bally's recently too, so now she'll be able to join me : )
Anyway, enough fitness talk. I'm working at WFCorp right now and will be for the rest of the day. Just thought I would add a blog here, as I havent done so in quite awhile. I havent had time to work at all on this site unfortunetly, but I still have plans to.
Damnit, my sholders are killing me just typing on the keyboard. I had to come into the office today to fix the server. There was a poweroutage a few days ago and I guess the server never came back up. Now I'm adding firewire cards into a few of the computers on the rack so I can setup two 200 gig firewire drives as a secondary backup solution. WooHoo.
Kea always tells me I talk too much. Shes probably right.
