Stolen Chairs

This weekend I discovered that someone walked into my fenced off back yard and stole my two blue beach chairs. It's pretty ridiculous when you cannot even leave a chair outside without having it stolen.

I'm partially angry at whoever stole them, but I'm also angry at myself for leaving them outside. This is all the more reason to own less.

  1. Are you sure someone didn’t borrow them like your bike a few months back?

Anyhow, chain them to a fence post next time.

At least your weekend didn’t consist of trimming your cable cord in half (TV/Internet) instead of the overgrown bush next to the house.

  2. I’m sure. I already asked everyone who might have borrowed them.

I trimmed the vines growing up the Comcast coaxial cable on the side of the house, but no, I didn’t cut the wire itself, even though I was using what looked like scissors for a giant.

  3. i have a feeling it was the pplz across the steet…

i had meera’s bike there right next to yours. and it was stolen. I asked jose, one of the kids from across the street. he answered “no” sorta supsiciously…

but i dunno, maybe i’m just a lil racist. the kids over there seem cool, i’ve never had any real reason to be suspicous of them, but then theres the s’daite factor.

  4. My sis and mom live on the same street just different sides and many houses from one another. Sis had her shed broken into and the new lawnmower, golf clubs and some odd things were stolen. They were discovered in the field behind the house across from my mom.

Poke around some nearby alleys and around some houses… they may be hidden nearby. Act like your cat got out and call for it while poking around.
