  1. Just don’t refinance! And whenever you can, pay down extra on the mortgage. You’d be surprised how much faster it can be paid off if you dish out an extra few hundred dollars each month (not to mention how much money you will save on interest!!).

    Debt is the number one thing the US government uses to enslave us!

  2. I won’t on this house. Rate is fixed and payments with Ins and Taxes run 868.00 😀 Maybe I should try to bump it up to 900.

    The last house I had to, because it was based on my income and well… when the wife got a job the payment was really HIGH. Gov. loan of course 🙁
