  1. Having suffered from panic disorder for a few years, I have certainly experienced the power of the mind and what it can do to our bodies. In therapy, we were taught to artificially induce some of the physical symptoms we experienced during a panic attack in a safe environment. The idea was to slowly teach the mind not to associate those symptoms with impending doom! So in a sense we used our bodies to influence our minds.
I have since begun to think of my body, mind and spirit as a synergetic whole. Perhaps we need to pay equal attention to all three in order to live up to our full potential? I’m not sure this is true. Just thinking aloud 🙂
I only discovered your blog today and have already gained so much. Thank you!

    • Our body, mind, and spirit are indeed a synergetic whole and focusing on any one of those without considering the others is like fixing one of three broken legs on a stool and expecting it to stand! The more I explore finding harmony amongst those three, the more I find peace and harmony themselves.

I’m so happy you’re enjoying the site. Thank you for commenting! 🙂

  2. …and the heart is more powerful than both; when one chooses to open it, and connect and create from it, the entire World opens up as one experiences the wonder of *inner peace within whole body integration*.
