Man did create time in the first place. Now that it is defined, we can not create time, and as you stated “how we use it” is not creating, just using what is alreay created. Example: We created the number system and we use the number system, not create numbers.
We cannot make time for there are 24 hours in a day. The key is how we use the time that matters!
Oh, but we can make time. We make it by consciously choosing how we use it. 🙂
