I was reading an article recently about how things we do are either liberating us or restricting us, and if we want to work out what we need to do in any circumstance, we should think about if it will liberate us or restrict us. I thought it was good. Maybe something like that can be applied to our health too. Will eating it (whatever it is) help liberate me, or restrict me?
This thought came to me after thinking about my eating habits. I took it a step further and realized that everything we do affects our health in one way or another. There really isn’t a ‘middle ground’, so we have no excuse to be doing anything negative to our health.

That’s a fantastic way of looking at it, Alan.
