Think Smiles

Think smiles. Think about the last time you were so happy that you couldn't help but smile. Do you feel that? Let it through. Smile. 🙂

  1. Greetings, Raam, and Happy New Year! Smiles. I have noticed, particularly this past year, it seems, that many people appear withdrawn and fearful more so than has been noted before. I speak to folks as I pass them on the sidewalks of our small town, or while walking at the beach and many will not respond nor make eye contact. Some will of course. BUT, what I have found is that if I smile, coupled with a greeting or just a silent smile, it seems others cannot help but smile back. Speaks to “silence” which has been an ever occurring theme for me this past year. Peace, Love & Light ~ ricky

    • Hi Ricky,

I’ve noticed how something as simple as an internal shift in my own intention (“I’m going to start smiling at people and just genuinely exude happiness.”) causes people to suddenly look up and make eye contact. It’s as if the universe senses my intention and shifts reality in such a way as to embrace my intention.

      • Indeed, Raam, great observation! I wonder if the universe shifts reality or, being connected to universe, YOU shift reality with your intention. Consider this regarding intention: by the time intention rises up into awareness AS an intention to make or “put out there”, it had, in fact, already been delivered upon conception, absent of any consciousness or thought on your part. Your very awareness of it, then, is an afterthought.
